Select, trim, cut according to customer orders, portion cutting, beef and pork
Manually handle individual cuts and full boxes of meat
Able to stand 8 hours cutting a variety of meat products
Ability to lift product/boxes up to 80lbs
Ability to operate a pallet jack
Minimum 2 years experience in retail or wholesale meat cutting with excellent knife skills
Journeyman meat cutting skills
Willingness to comply with all company policies and standards
Willingness to works in a manner that ensures your own safety and the safety of others
Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test
