Industry - Accounting Auditing, Bookkeeping, Industry - Quality Assurance, Food Safety & HACCP
* Maintain and oversee the Food Safety Program at Ralph's, including but not limited to any GFSI schemes currently used in the facility, as well as USDA-FSIS Regulations and Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Regulations * Meat and Environmental testing * Food Safety Training for employees * Product Labeling * Internal and 3rd Party Audits * Verification of Smokehouse schedules and calibration
* Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Food Safety, or other similar degrees preferred * 2-3 years experience in Food Safety * Previous experience with GFSI schemes preferred * Certified in Basic HACCP
