Poultry plant seeking a go getter hard worker team player who can oversees production on a daily basis. A poultry supervisor ensures the safety and efficiency of poultry operations. In consultation with the manager, a poultry supervisor prioritizes tasks and decides on the necessary amount of number of workers. A poultry supervisor also records data and creates reports on worker attendance, budget, supplies . A poultry supervisor assigns duties to workers and ensures that they are carried out in an efficiency along with teamwork. Other responsibilities might include training new workers, enforcing workplace sanitation practices to prevent the spread of disease. Must communicate at all levels to meet production expectations. Accomplishes all paperwork in accordance with established time frame or record keeping requirements.
