The Job--- The purpose of this position is to drive continuous improvement in La Quercia production operations. Through experience in this position, the incumbent will become a valuable resource who can provide backup and support for the Plant Manager.

¥ Has Experience with SOPs, GMPs, HACCP and USDA compliance. ¥ Good critical thinking and communications skills. College degree a plus.
¥ Honesty, integrity, high energy.
¥ Leadership capability.
¥ Good Computer Skills - Windows Office - SQL data report writing ideal.
¥ Able to do repeated lifting and work in an environment at 40-50 deg F for extended periods and work in a room with a dog.
¥ Spanish language skills preferable
