Ensure product is made exactly to specification for customer satisfaction.Ensure to follow company Standard Operation Procedures related to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points in order to guarantee the production of safe and clean products.Interact with customers regarding specifications and documentation.Work with managers at all levels of the organization including government agencies.Identify and correct opportunities as they arise.Oversee Quality Assurance Supervisors and hourly Quality Assurance Technicians in all aspects of food safety and product quality for the ground beef area.Make decisions, guide and advise production when non-routine events occur.
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent . College experience preferred.Minimum of 2-4 years experience in numerous areas of a meat processing facility. Special Skills: Familiarity of meat inspection regulations.Computer skills-Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership skills
