PLANT/OPERATIONS MANAGER- FOOD SERVICE Midwest Kitchens, a new state-of-the-art Sous Vide cook plant, is seeking a Plant/Operations Manager to fill a new high-level position. Responsibilities include overseeing all production, distribution, and plant maintenance. Additional responsibilities include assisting in product development, developing budgets, controlling plant and production costs, and overseeing HACCP compliance.
