The ideal Office Assistant will be bilingual, exceptionally bright, able to multitask, and highly motivated with a history of performing customer service and support at high level.  The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide variety of member services duties including, but not limited to, inputting and managing telephone coverage, greeting and assisting customers and building rapports.
