Position Summary... The Senior Quality Manager ensures compliance with Walmart Sub–Primal Beef Specifications in a 3rd party facility. This role involves overseeing the breaking, cutting, packaging, and labeling of Beef Sub Primals in real-time within the production area. The role requires a self-motivated individual capable of maintaining and balancing relationships within Walmart and the 3rd party facility. The role focuses on product quality and understanding the financial needs of Walmart, including yield dashboards, carcass breakdown, packaging costs, downstream impacts, and harvest impact.Location: This role will be onsite at the facility located in North Platt, NE.
